Aluminum circle 1060 h16 for deep drawing and spinning

　　Aluminum circle 1060 h16 is between 0.4mm and 5mm thick. The diameter ranges from 80mm to 1200mm. H16 stands for the temper of the circle, meaning three fourths hard of total hardness of a circle at cold hardening state. Cold and hot rolled 1060 aluminium wafers have good deep drawing quality, spinning quality, formation effect and anodized effect. Excellent round sheets show low ear rate in further process, suitable for hard anodizing and enameling. The surface can be polished to obtain a high reflectivity. With a clean and smooth edge, 1060 circle disc has good hot laminated quality, fine grains and good deep drawing property (no hook line appears).
