　　1050, 1060 and 1070 aluminium strips are of 1000 group of aluminium alloy, represented by 1060 aluminum strip which contains 0.05% cooper. With a conductivity of 55% and relatively low strength, pure aluminum alloy strips have many different tempers, such as O (annealed), H12, H14, H16, H18, etc. The thickness of Haomei 1000 series of aluminium strips ranges from 0.02mm to 4mm, and the wide from 5mm to 100mm. These strips are used in making cables, cosmetic caps, aluminum composite pipes, aluminum tubes, electrical transformers, shutters, aluminum batteries etc.

　　3003 aluminium strip pertains to 3000 series of aluminum belt tapes. Other grades are 3004, 3005, 3105 and 3104. These strips are a mixture of Mg, Mn and Si, boasting excellent correction resistance, forming ability and welding characteristics. They can be increased in harder tempers than in annealed condition. The forming characteristics of 3105 and 3104 aluminum strip are pretty good by all conventional processes regardless of temper, although it do not respond to heat treatment except for annealing during cold working. 3003 aluminum strip is readily formed by either conventional cold working or hot working. The 3003-H14 is a softer, more formable aluminum strip with increased rigidity and hiding fingerprints. Commonly used tempers include H14, H16 and H18 while others are also available by customers’ demands.

　　6061 and 6063 is a precipitation-hardened aluminium alloy, containing magnesium and silicon as their major alloying elements. Take 6061 aluminum strip for example. It can be processed into varieties of tempers, such as O, T4, T6, T651, O, H12, H14, H16, H18, etc. Among them, T4 and T6 are the most common ones for their good machanicability and weldability.
