      For decades, the production of aluminum circles has been obtained by punching pure aluminum strips, and the punching edge is usually 1.5mm. The biggest disadvantage of this processing technology is that the utilization rate of the material is very low, only about 56%, and the cutting edge is also cut in the process of producing the aluminum strip with pure aluminum ingot, and the scrap rate is about 8%. Although the waste under the edge and the blank can be re-refined, the purity of the aluminum ingot after the smelting of small and medium-sized enterprises is not high enough to meet the requirements of certain products. For example, the capacitor casing must be made of pure aluminum with a purity greater than 99.00%. Therefore, an aluminum circle processing method which can greatly improve the material utilization rate is developed, that is, a suitable aluminum wire is used as a raw material, a cold heading machine is used as a processing equipment, and a high-speed closed chipless cold head forming process is used to produce an aluminum round sheet. Although some people claim that this method has extremely high economic and social benefits, it still has not been able to achieve large-scale promotion.

      A more commonly used production line of 1060 aluminium circles manufacturing process is the more advanced automatic blanking equipment. This line makes full use of the width of the coil, and adopts high-precision servo motor drive system control to minimize the distance among aluminum circles and the distance from wafers to the material edge, fundamentally reducing the amount of waste, so that the utilization rate of raw materials reaches 80% or more. In addition, the production line can realize the direct production of aluminum discs with coil materials. That is, the coil materials are directly fed into the beginning of the production line, and the machine realizes automatic unwinding, flat and stamping. The production speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, and the conversion of the mold can be completed in 15 minutes, which greatly improves production efficiency.
