1050 aluminum circle for kettle contains 99.5% aluminium and less than 0.25 Silicon, 0.05 Cu, 0.05 Mg, 0.05 Zn, 0.05 Mn, 0.03 Ti, 0.05 V and 0.400 Fe. Similar to 1060, 1050 circle displays low strength, good tensile strength and natural corrosion resistance. The thickness we offer ranges from 0.1mm to 8mm, and diameter from 100mm to 900mm.

1050 is used as an aluminum circle for kettle based on its excellent properties. First, 1050 aluminium shows excellent heat conductivity second only to copper, which is crucial for kettles cooking food by heat. Second, cheap as it is, the alloy is endowed with a good corrosion resistance. It’s not that aluminium does not react to chemicals. Instead, it’s so active that it embraces oxygen immediately after being exposed to the air. The key difference of aluminium from other metals in oxidation process lies in the object formed after the process. Iron rust is brown powder pealing off the sheet surface, yet aluminium rust proves to be a thin layer of dense film sticking onto the article surface. The bind between the two is so firm that it can only be destroyed by harsh fierce friction. Third, 1050 aluminum circle is light and cheap. Small density of aluminium makes its products weigh only one third of objects of other metals, and as a member of the most developed aluminum series, 1050 circle goes through less manufacturing steps in production, rendering it cheaper than 3xxx and 5xxx circle discs.
