Light reflective aluminium sheet requires the surface to be as bright as a mirror, and the plate shape is as flat as glass. Mirror aluminum sheets have been widely used in aerospace, mold processing and civil industries abroad. In China, mirrored aluminum sheets are also urgently needed aviation materials in the aviation field, such as fighter planes and new military fighters. In terms of building decoration materials, the production templates of the film used for pasting furniture, floors, walls, ceilings, etc. all require mirrored aluminum sheets; in addition, now mobile phones and cameras mirror surface aluminum sheets are also used in molding molds for plastic optical components used in other industries.
The features of light reflective aluminium sheet are:
1, Hardness characteristics: uniform hardness, suitable for complex stamping, bending, stretching, shaping, not easy to break, oxidation, corrosion, and high temperature resistance.
2, Surface treatment characteristics: pure materials, suitable for high-demand and stable anodized surface treatment, such as chemical polishing, atomization, chemical sanding, electric polishing, dyeing, sealing and other processing.
3, Mirror surface characteristics: The mirror surface of mirror aluminium sheet material is produced by mechanical polishing. The surface has no electroplating coating. Before spraying and anodizing, there is no need to remove the anode or electroplating film. It can be directly sprayed and anodized. Up to 240# and above, without pretreatment, can be directly printed and stamped, with high reflectivity.
